    Hi Charlotte! Happy 4th of July to you too! I hear we're headed for our first "official" heatwave for the year here, so if the same is happening in SC, just keep cool and enjoy your holiday weekend! Hmmm.. I think I may try to get some baking in before the mercury starts rising! ~tina
