Amazing indeed. We live just off the main street. Actually a block and can see the traffic lights. One of the neighbors has a security camera that runs 24/7. He's caught sightings of deer in our neighbors yard behind us. We tend to get raccoons, they're cute but I'd never go near one.
What a lovely woods you have behind your house. I love watching deer. We have a vacation home in KY and your woods remind me of the woods on both sides of our home. We've seen deer across the road but not in our woods. Squirrels however are another story. They love the walnuts and "hicker"nut (a Southern term). Thanks for visiting my blog.

That is neat. We had deer in our yard where I grew up. They come by here too but, I can't see them for the fence. Lovely woods.
