Thanks to everyone for their well wishes. After a long weekend having time to think, I have decided to make sure HR understands my limitations and just go with whatever happens. My BFF and sister have helped me make this decision. So here is my new job.....
Here is the ad I found for this great job....
I might as well laugh because crying doesn't help!

I sincerely hope everything works out for you Charlotte. I'm sending you all my best good luck wishes. :)
It was wonderful to see you my friend. Also sending my hopes that you are treated with the fairness and respect you deserve.
I just found your blog a few days ago, Charlotte, and I'm looking forward to reading it.
But I just saw your post from Saturday and wanted to tell you that I hope your work situation will be resolved in your favor. What a bummer of a present in the new year. Keeping my fingers crossed for you along with your family and friends.

Sounds to me like your company is trying to find a qay for you to quit rather than them pay you out redundency. Stick to your guns and make sure they don't push you into a job that you aren't caple of due to your injuries. My fingers are crossed that everything works out!
That was shocking news to get so early in the New Year too!I hope things work out to your advantage. At least you have not lost your sense of humour!
What horrible news! I'm so sorry this has happened to you. I hope things will work out well for you. That just totally SUCKS!
Life has a way of throwing us these annoying curves, and although it totally sucks, you'll pull through and figure it all out.
In the meantime...hang in there...and if it were me, I'd throw in the occassional cry session or two....but that's me!
