Next best thing to sliced bread!

How many times have you gone to a store and forgot your bonus card? No problem if your current phone number matches, but what if you got the card with another phone number and you can't remember that number? Has happened to me several times! My husband has also run into this problem at the local grocery store. I have so many cards that I punched a hole in them and put them on a keychain...............

I have seen the exact same thing at craft shows and they are charging an outrageous price for something so simple! But that's not what I wanted to tell you in this post. I found an app for my phone that adds all of these cards to my phone! No more carrying a bunch of cards! Woohoo!

Say what?

While taking the grandkids to school this morning the radio show I was listening to made a comment that made me mad. They were giving the top ten useless information that a person would know. One of them was knowing how to sew! What? That's the problem with the girls today....they don't know how to sew or cook!
But the number two useless information was knitting!! WHAT???? This includes crocheting too!
Useless?? I don't think so! It's the best blood pressure medicine you could ask for!

So this what I have to say to whoever made this "useless" list........

I still follow you....

I have noticed that I have lost two followers lately. I don't know why but if I have offended anyone in any way, I apologize. I still follow all of you even if I don't comment everytime. I enjoy reading about your life and seeing how the rest of the world lives.

I am a very out-spoken person and always say what is on my mind even if it bothers other people. I think everyone is entitled to their opinion and should be able to voice that opinion. I have never been a person who has butterflies or rainbows circling my head whenever I spoke. Some people would say I have skulls and daggers but that is their opinion. And that doesn't bother me.

Oh well, on to my weekend. I finally got my new glasses yesterday! I can see!!! I am not going to post any pictures because I am not that vain. 

Did some Christmas shopping with Micki. I love shopping for the kids.
