Welcome to my blog about yard sales, crochet, my family and my life. A yard sale map in one hand and a crochet hook in the other.

Gavin shot his first squirrel this afternoon! He was so proud! He tried to go deer hunting this morning but he said it was too cold! Smart boy!

Notice the balls hanging from the tree behind him? Those are the large Christmas ornaments I bought at a yard sale a couple of weeks ago. Justin hung them from the oak tree in the front yard.

My brother said I was to never call him a redneck again because he didn't have balls hanging from his trees! :)

I bought this white tree several years ago at an after-Christmas sale.
The hat and gift boxes that I have been collecting all year make great gifts!

Don't you just love this silver angel? Another after-Christmas sale find for $2!

This is my latest crochet project. I love the colors!

One more day of rest before we have to go back to work! Hope you had a great weekend!

Let's see, wow, wow, wow and wow a few more times. Your Christmas decorating is so pretty. Love it all, especially the silver angel and the white tree! And the afghan, well, now that's just a down right beauty. Nice work. I'm not going to mention the squirel though, hope that's ok with you. Blessings to your night.
