Back hickies!

I am still going to the chiropractor for neck adjustment. Doc was having a hard time getting my neck to pop so he suggested a massage therapist to help loosen up my muscles. I have never really wanted to have a massage but afterwards I recommend everyone try it at least once. This is what my back looked like after 'massage cupping'.
Believe it or not, this actually felt good! The massages worked because the Doc was able to finally pop my neck yesterday! My scar from the back surgery makes my back look like a butt!
Relief!
I have been working on another Babette...
This is the yarn I bought from Michaels last week. Yard sales were abundant this morning but I only found a few treasures. Hope you have a great weekend.

Butt cupping, also known as cupping therapy, is a form of alternative therapy that uses suction cups to improve circulation and reduce tension in the muscles of the buttocks. The cups create a vacuum, which lifts and separates the muscles, promoting increased blood flow and relaxation. The therapy may be used to relieve pain, improve posture, and enhance the appearance of the buttocks. It is performed by a licensed practitioner and is typically performed as part of a full body treatment or as a separate therapy. It is important to discuss the potential benefits and any potential risks with a licensed professional before undergoing cupping therapy.
