Finished!

I apologize to all my blogging friends for being slack about  visiting and commenting. I have been working on my latest afghan and finally finished it. I am so proud of this afghan.

I went to the Southern Christmas Show today with my daughters and sister. We had a great time but I am pooped!
How was your Saturday?

Very Nice blanket! You have put in a lot of effort in that:) and it is enjoyable when you make different designs of square else making the same pattern becomes a boring and mechanical task.

On saturday, I did some local beads, buttons and yarn shopping. I wanted to take pics and post but too busy with Diwali festival cleaning and cooking :) today going to buy dresses and crackers for my daughter :)

Your afghan turned out beautifully. You can tell a lot of work went into both the crochet and the needlework. Heather

Hi, Charlotte! You HAVE to be proud of your afghan! You put so much efforts in making of it. That was an amazing pattern and I agree with Preeti, it's not that boring when you make parts of afghan different.
So you are in a Christmas mood already. Have a nice week ahead!

I think this is the prettiest thing I have seen posted in such a long time. This is gorgeous..so much so I don't think I would want anyone to lay around with it...unless it was someone who can appreciate all the work...stunning..
