OMG! Yarn Hoarder!

Friday night my daughter, Janet, came by and brought me a few things.

One of her husband Rodney's friends mother had died. While cleaning out her house, all of these goodies were found and given to Rodney to bring to me. Look at all of the yarn........

 cotton thread for dishcloths..........
 thread, thread, and more thread...............

 sewing supplies....................
Jewelry faces......................
I've got to find a pattern like this.....any ideas?
 Scissors, hooks, needles..........

 Ribbon, bow makers........
 Magazines ...........

My clean, organized craft room is now filled with all of these goodies! I'll be busy for a while! How was your weekend?
Della is growing and says, "Hi".
 Craig is a good daddy....

Wow!! I can't think of anything better then lots (and here's really lots) of yarn, thread and sewing items. I would have a field day going through all this. Enjoy. Can't wait to see all the wonderful things you'll continue to make. Have a nice day.

Wow! - that's a lot of stuff. It's sad that the lady passed away, but it's good that you'll be able to use everything. :)

WOW!! I am so happy they didn't throw away their mom's stash. Many people throw our kind of stuff away if they can't think of anybody off hand that uses it. I think his mom would be happy to know that it was given to a like minded person. Have fun going through it!! One more word..hoarder!! Blessings

Holy cow! Gives me visions of what my daughter will have to deal with when I die. My goodness that's a lot of stuff. I'm glad it all found such a great home. Wish I were there, I'd help take some of it off your hands -- just so you wouldn't have to find a place for it of course. ;-)

Awww sad about the lady, but so glad you got her things and can use and enjoy them. I know she'd be very happy to know that. :)

When I hear the h word in reference to my yarn, I reply that it's a hoard only if you don't use it, otherwise it's just extra supplies. Baby is adorable.

It's a sad reason to have it but good that it's going to be used and I'm sure that what she would have wanted.
I hope you get lots of pleasure from it. It's going to take you awhile to go through it all!!!
:)
