Saturday finds

Yard sales were a little better this morning. Pam and I started at 6:15am at a church yard sale in Sharon. Then another church yard sale in York. The one in York didn't start until 7, but they were nice enough to let me and Pam in to shop as long as we bought something. It was so nice being the first shoppers! I bought more books ....
At other yard sales........................a play 'thingy' for Della..$3....
 ..............a silk tropical plant $2.........................
 ............angels for Micki's mother-in-law...$1.50...............
 .............'crabby' sign 50 cents.............fake lemon slices ..$1.............
 ..............a deer tapestry for Gavin......$1...................
....................'monkey' pillow......$1..... I would love a chair in this fabric!
 .....laundry basket $2...........sunflowers...$1...................
I stuck the sunflowere into the oil heater I bought several weeks ago.... the trailing leaves were included with the sunflowers...

................motorcycles for Sloan....50 cents for all!
............and an electric scooter for Sloan..$10....needs new batteries....
I am so glad I didn't have but one boy!!

Justin's truck after the "skin" was added. I like the blue color...
My latest doily. It's #3 in Leisure Arts Pineapple Doilies book 2....

I found my needle tatting book and tried needle tatting yesterday, Much easier than with a shuttle. But not fast enough for me, so now that I know I can do it, I'm going to stick with my crochet.
How was your Saturday?
