I have never been a 'night-owl' and having to stay up past my bedtime screws up my body. It was 11:00 before I got the boys and me settled down and in bed last night. So this morning it was like pulling teeth to get them up for school. My head hurts and two cups of coffee has not helped yet. Maybe a quick nap?

Hi Charlotte..I started a book last night and stayed up until 4 am to finish it..so I too am dragging..have a restful day.
