Where were you?

I'll never forget where I was on November 22, 1963. I was in fifth grade and our teacher told us about President Kennedy being assassinated. I was only ten years old but I have never forgotten this tragedy and the awful days that followed. Justin was only three so he does not understand what November 22nd means to me.
I remember watching this, the funeral, and Jack Ruby shooting Lee Harvey Oswald. That is why I wanted to read Stephen King's novel "11/22/63".

Where were you and what are your memories of this awful day?

Just reading this - I was 4 1/2 and my only memory of it is the funeral procession through Arlington Cemetery and the horse drawn carriage his body was on.
