I finally found something to start crocheting yesterday. It's a baby blanket and I'm using my yarn hoard.
It's called Shining Star and it's in this book.
I have found and joined several crochet groups on Facebook and am excited to try another grapghan. There is a company that sells graphs located near my home..... Cuddleup-creations. Another FB group is Yarn Love Affair. This lady is remarkable. Check both of them out!

They're calling for 2-4 inches of snow tomorrow! Yuck! Hope they're wrong! I stopped by Wal-Mart this morning to get some milk ( heh,heh!) and a few other things and this is what greeted me at the door....

Your Della is a cutie for sure and sounds like she has her mawmaw wrapped around her finger..love it. Your last blanket is just awesome and I am sure the next will be great also..I have seen those graphgans..they are lovely. I tell myself I need to make a blanket, but my fingers tend to grab the thread. But you are inspiring me to grab some yarn..

Sloppy selling drives me crazy, too. There was a sign near our house in Florida: "50 Acers for Sale" Really? What is an acer? I wanted to fix it every time we drove by it.

Ever since your last finish, I've been looking at graphgans. I'd like to make one, just have to find the right pattern. I'm not on Facebook, but I've looked at a few other sites.
