What's up Wednesday

Pam, Janet, and I went to the Metrolina Expo antique show in Charlotte Sunday. It was cool and windy but at least it wasn't raining. I only bought two things. I love faux food and found this tea pitcher for $15. Doesn't it look real next to the faux pie slices and bowl of pretzels?

How about my name in metal?
After we ate some lunch, we went to the former Garden Ridge in Pineville. It's got a new name but still has great deals. I found this moose................
We also found a wrought iron garden bench regularly priced $149.99 that was marked 90% off! That's $14.99! Yes, we got three of them! I don't have a photo of the bench but when Justin puts it together for me, I'll post a picture.
Pam made a lap quilt for me. These are scrap fabrics of all of the quilts she has made.........

I've reached the halfway mark on Sloan's afghan. I've already been asked to make another by my grand-son-in-law, West.
Weather is supposed to be cold this weekend. Great shopping weather!

Love the tea pitcher, and it does look good with your faux food. Those pie slices look good enough to eat! :) The lap quilt is very nice!! You sure do go right to town on those afghans. Bless your heart! You do awesome work! :D
