I love collecting anything faux if it looks like the real thing. Here is just one of the Macaw parrots that I have in my bathroom.
Don't you just love this frog?
I found this ceramic parrot at a yard sale for $3 but it did not look this good when I bought it. It was painted a pale green! So I painted it with my acrylic paints. Looks better, doesn't it? It stands about 3 ft tall.

Pretty blue birds, Charlotte. The macaw does look real. I even like the blue frog....frogs in real life come in some amazing colors. Happy Blues~
