I posted some pictures of my azaleas yesterday, so here are some of my daughters flowers. She has a wild azalea in her yard that is so beautiful. Her home is behind ours and was once just what we southerners call 'woods'.
Look at this lily....
Another azalea...
and a salmon colored one...
She married my husband Justin's brother. Yes, the tree forks! That's a story I'll have to tell at a later time.:) Anyway, Rodney (Janet's husband) swears that spitting tobacco juice on the flowers makes them grow better. I'm not about to start dipping or chewing, so I'll just let him and Justin do the spitting! Janet has the biggest and prettiest elephant ears each summer. I'll post some pictures of them when they come up. The last two pictures are of my mother's pink dogwood.
Hope everyone has a Happy Pink Saturday! (Check out my shadow!)
