The lady in the mirror

Mother finished another quilt. I had bought these embroidery quilt blocks for her a couple of months ago and this is the final product........


I found a print at Wal-Mart for $1 a yard that matches perfectly. I didn't take a picture of the backing. Sorry!     The lavender works great with the colors, doesn't it?
The christening dress is almost complete, but I am going to wait until then before posting any photos. Until then, hope you have a great week.

I am speechless. This is beautiful! I saw some quilt blocks the other day at Hobby Lobby and nearly bought them. I haven't embroidered in years but I'm seriously thinking about taking it up again.
