I took Mother to a quilt show this morning. This was our first time and we plan to do this every year. Mother is an "old-school" quilter and believes that it is not a quilt unless it is hand quilted and used for the bed. I don't know why she wouldn't smile for me.
I forgot my camera (dumb-ass!) so I had to use my phone. Hope you enjoy these few beauties. They told us to vote for our favorite, but that was impossible; they were all our favorites!

I'm secretly in sympathy with your mom;) There are so many wonderful quilts out there, but my favorites are always the hand-quilted bed quilts.
