I am getting so tired of having to call the repairman for this f---ing air conditioner! About 2:00 yesterday afternoon, it started making a weird noise. Sounded like the fan was hitting something. Luckily, Justin came home soon after and called the repairman. Sure enough, one of the fan blades had split and the others had stress marks! So, with temperatures in the 90's, we cut on the ceiling fans, box fans, and put a window unit in the bedroom window.
The ceiling fans are flying but seemed to stop when I took these pictures. The repairman just left and finally the air is back on!
I made this last night............easy peasy!

It's good that you got your a/c working again - it's too dang hot not to have it. Your toilet lid cover is pretty. :)
Hi Charlotte
How do the ceiling fans work for you? Do you find them good? I'm thinking of installing one in my study/craftroom. We have AC in the rest of the house but not there and it gets so hot. Don't know how I would manage in this heat without AC....I would of course but I imagine we'd all be on edge.
I do like the flower centre piece on your toilet lid cover.Your photo has brought out the design very well.
keep well
Amanda :-)
