Spiders, dragonflies, and antiques

All the rain this summer has really brought out the mosquitoes and spiders. The morning dew makes these spider webs beautiful but I run into them every morning going to the paper box.

This weekend our city celebrates Summerfest. Tomorrow the streets will be lined with craft and food vendors, vintage cars, music, etc. This morning, Pam and I went to the annual antique show. Beautiful but don't touch!

Then we entered a room where a lady was spinning yarn. Heaven!

Another room had loads of vintage linens and chenille bedspreads.....

I bought this "dragonfly" garden stake for $5 at the show. Maybe it will catch all of those spiders!
Have a great weekend!

Holy crap! How big are the spiders that spin those webs? Gives me the willies just thinking about it. :)
