Babies and crochet

Easter was a cold and rainy Sunday this year. Kids weren't able to hunt eggs but we had fun anyway. Precious grandchildren!
Isn't this the most precious thing? Declan is almost five months and is growing into a handsome young man.

Josh is going to be a little lady-killer with those beautiful blue eyes!
 Xander is a handful!
Maxel turned his head just as I took his picture!
Another little lady-killer! He is scheduled to have tubes put in his ears Thursday.
Looking at this picture my house looks like a hoarders! But it really isn't I assure you!

Della loves the gumball machine.
Playing with grandpa's phone. Kids are too smart these days!
Josh loves grandpa Justin's sweet tea....
 Playing bubbles with grandpa Rodney....
Xander and my "Easter egg tree"....
Look what Justin is checking into buying for me! As soon as he has it checked out, we'll decide if we want to buy. I have plenty of 45's to play!
I have finished several crochet projects. This is a 3-D doily that is circulating on Facebook.

I made some baskets using scrap yarn.
I made a child size mermaid blanket....
Kids are out of school this week for spring break! Lord help me keep my sanity!

Beautiful grandchildren! Thanks for the idea of a scrap yarn basket - I might make one. Can I ask where you got your Easter egg tree? I'd love to have one of those. :)

They're all cuties, and growing so fast!! I don't think your house looks like hoarders at all. From the pics you've shared, I always thought it looked cozy. :)

Hi Charlotte... definitely, children are our strength, and you as a grandmother now know how it feels to have grandchildren :) Loved to see all their cute faces... they grow fast! Enjoy while they are still cuties and soft cheeks :)hehe

Yes for crochet baskets! They turned out lovely and will be useful around the house ;

Such a cute mermaid blanket!!!

Thanks everyone! Debi, I got the Easter egg tree at the Southern Christmas Show last year in Charlotte,NC. I'm sure you could probably find one in your area at a flea market or craft show.
